Club rules and by-laws, anyone?

Mga sir baka pwede ako makahiram ng rules and by-laws ng club niyo (kung meron man), kahit pumunta kaming mga officers sa grupo niyo, kailangan lang kasi namin ng guide sa paggawa ng sarili naming rules, by the way our group's name is Gyros MotoClub, Kalookan City, 8 months old, we already have 35 active members and about 20 inactive. medyo dumadami na kaya kailangan na talaga ng rules and by-laws para di magulo. Pareho pa naman tayo na snake.....hehe.....actually there are no club rules that are set in stone. It all depends on waht the members feel should be the guiding rules of the club. You also have to determine waht kind of club are you. Are you a "barkada" group or a formal organization.

If you are the later, I suggest that you have your club registered at the SEC for future purposes. It is also important that your members are united in the goals that the leadership has set. Beware of members who will join just for the sake of affiliating themselves with your club or yung member only in name but not in deeds. meron din "online member" lang, yung hangang forum pero sa commitment wala.

These are all pit falls that a club must look out for aside from the formulation of rules and guidelines. Isa pa pala....dont formulate rules that are not going to be implementable...it will only bring problems in the future......

if ever bro nasa Rajah Soliman lang kami every Saturday at 9pm... pero sabi nga ni Snake1 nasa SEC lang din yun then gawa nalang kayo ng House Rules... at sabi niya nga rin dapat united kayo at sana di kayo makaranas ng Pasaway minsan officer pa naman... then you can check the Forumers advice regarding safety kasi every meeting dito ako kumukuha ng discussion such as 10 ways to be safe at Motorcycles, Group Ride Rules, Hand Signals, etc... at syempre i also discuss yung mga accident that our fellow Forumer's experienced or witnessed... safety riding mga Bro... gudluck sa grupo nyo...

If ever someone's going to create a group, how can we register sa sec? what's the req. or etc? and where kaya ako makakuha ng hand signals para turo ko sa ibang riders namin.. thanks.. ride safe always..

sir nellee try ko sa next Fri kakabasa ko lang kasi pang madaling araw ako dial up kasi... you can also visit us at Rajah Suliman every Sat. at 9pm pwera lang sa darating na Sat at Apr 22 baka kasi umatend kami sa Pampanga Jamboree... may byahe din kami sa Thu sa Sariaya, Quezon puro XRM lang po... ay yung Wed po Apr 12 baka makadaan ako XRM po na tri color (red, orange & yellow) ang gamit ko... see you nalang...

Ok, may byahe rin ang grupo sa April 15-16 sa Nasugbo, Batangas, yung Rajah Soliman ba yung katabi ng Abad Santos high? dun ba kayo?

nellee di nko nakapunta sa hangout nyo last Wed prepare ako ng gagamitin sa byahe... grabe nga yung byahe namin yung 2 days naging 3 days... bale 220km ride yun and 3-4km na rough road papuntang Mauban, Quezon buti nalang pang Trail ang set-up ko... baka next friday nalang.. sama ba kayo ng Jamboree sa Angeles, Pampanga? aatend din kami dun e... puro byahe nga ang grupo habang di umuulan... ingats kayo....
