Penn Riders Club Ride to Pangasinan

Date: September 20 - 22, 2008
Destination: Agno Pangasinan with side trip to Bolinao

Every year, hindi nawawala sa annual ride plan ng Penn Riders ang pumunta ng Agno, Pangasinan, pero lagi akong hindi nakakasama. Kaya this time, pinilit ko ng makasama at nasaksihan ko ang kagandahan ng lugar.


Day 1: September 20

0500H: Riders met up at Penn FTI.
0530H: Depart at FTI with Andrew, Manding and Redbull.
0600H: Gas-up at Petron C-5 then William catch up from Buting, C5. Pagdating ng Libis, nagkaron ng kongting aberya si Andrew. Na side-sweep sya ng isang pick-up vehicle but able to control the balance kaya ok lang. Medyo bumagal lang ang pacing kasi medyo kinabahan ang lahat.
0630H: Meet Richard at Monumento, then gas-up para dun sa mga riders na hindi pa nag gas.

0807H: Antok break and yosi break at Calumpit, Bulacan.


0900H: Gas-up at Angeles, Pampanga

0943: Brunch at Bamban, Tarlac

1130H: Arrived at Richard's place in Bayambang, Pangasinan para sa napaka sarap na tanghalian.
Chard thanks ha, talagang nagpakatay ka pa ng isang baboy para lang sa pagdating namin. Naimpatso tuloy ako sa sobrang dami ng nakain, hehehe!!!!...Anyway, thanks uli.


1400H: After having a great lunch and some rest, took-off from Bayambang heading Agno, Pangasinan.

1430H: Gas-up at Camiling, Tarlac.

Antok break/yosi break at Bugallon, Pangasinan. Check din ng bike ni Richard, parang may tagas ng langis. Pero ok lang naman daw, manageable. After a couple of minutes, takbo na uli.


1558H: Stop-over at Alaminos, Pangasinan to buy some stuffs and CP load.

1630H: Gas-up at Bani, Pangasinan.

1754H: Touchdown, Agno, Pangasinan

Day 2: September 21

0430H: Manding woke-up early and depart at around 0530H. Nauna na silang bumalik ng Manila dahil may hinahabol pa silang appointment sa hapon.

0700H: The rest of the gang woke-up and prepared breakfast.


the foods....hindi naman medyo malalaki ang hipon dito ano, 2 piraso lang ang kasya sa isang plato eh.


1000H: Me and Redbull leaved Agno for a side trip to Bolinao. While Andrew, Richard and William went to white sand beach which they called "Boracay of Pangasinan" riding banka with the assistance of local friends, Sam, Marlon and Juvel.

1033H: Arrived at Bolinao Arc. Ang gaganda ng straights dito. 10kms dere-derecho.

continuation of day 2.....

1100H: Reached Bolinao proper and gas-up at first gas station (Uni-Oil I think).

1129H: Reached Cape Bolinao Light House

1200H: After taking some shots and have some rest, took-off Bolinao heading back to Agno.

continuation of day 2.....

From Bolinao, sumunod nalang kami ni Redbull sa white sand beach to join with the group. And these are the reasons why the 3 riders choosed the sea route option than the mountain route option.

1400H: Arrived at the beach.

continuation of day 2.....

1600H: Time to go back to our place. Of course Me, Redbull and local friend Sam used the mountain option with our bikes. And the others, the sea option with the boat.
'Yung grupo na nag-banka, habang bumabyahe pabalik sa place namin, biglang tinamaan ng malaking alon (dahil narin siguro parating ang bagyong Nina) at sapat na para pataubin ang banka. Luckily, lahat sila marunong lumangoy at wala namang nasaktan. Hindi lang naka survive ang mga dala nilang gamit except for William's digicam. Si Sam na nakakita sa kanila, nakatawag agad ng rescue boat kaya 10 to 15mins lang ang tinagal nilang palangoy-langoy sa tubig, and thanks God, lahat sila nakabalik sa pampang ng safe.

Day 3: September 22

0625H: Woke-up and the wind started to blow hard due typhoon Nina.


and the sea waves become more stronger.....


0830H: Waved goodbye to Mang Panyong and family and started the wet ride heading Manila.

0900H: Gas-up at Bani, Pangasinan.
1015H: Yosi break at Labrador, Pangasinan.
1130H: Gas-up at Camiling, Tarlac. Also waved goodbye to Richad because he's going back to Bayambang. William took the front seat.
1200H: Lunch at Sta. Ignacia, Pangasinan.
1330H: Gas-up at Capas, Tarlac. We took the Conception-Magalang road heading San Fernando para iwas traffic.
1530H: Gas-up at Malolos, Bulacan.

1749H: Touchdown Taguig.

@ pinay ako: maam thanks po. dalawa po yung option, first is sa dagat using boat and second is sa bundok using bike. pinili po namin ni redbull yung bundok para mas masaya.
